She's one for every generation.

Celeste has always lived ballet, she breathed it once, too, but these days she doesn't do much breathing at all, helps on the stamina. She toured with the Ballets Russes in 1911, that was when the vampire, Etelka Ferenczy, picked her out of the crowd, becoming her patron and her lover - and eventually turned her into one of her own kind. In the beginning, Celeste saw it as a gift, a blessing, her enhanced strength and speed setting her apart from all the other ballerinas of her time and she quickly gained a name and a reputation for herself. Soon, however, she would realise her blessing came at a terrible price, the bloodlust and the constant feeling of emptiness, the craving for dark, her physical weakening during daylight hours... Over time she learned to find ways around it, to keep performing, to keep reemerging as a ballet superstar, but she also grew bitter and resentful towards Etelka for giving her this knife's edge to balance on. Fortunately, as time has passed and she's making a spectacle of herself yet again in modern day, Celeste is proving once more how incredible her balances really are.

x BACKTAGGING: Please do. I'm in an awkward timezone (CET/UTC+1) and need it to keep threads going. My usual pace is one action/log tag per day. Texting can be faster, if I catch you at an opportune time. I try to tag back consistently, as long as the drive seems to be there for both parties, but can be fickle with inspiration and sudden muse voice loss. I always try to keep communication open when this happens, however.
x THREADHOPPING: Please ask all involved parties first.
x FOURTHWALLING: Go ahead.
x ROMANCE: Although Celeste is bisexual, she is romantically more attracted to women and mostly just uses men as walking dildos. Meaning that if you're aiming for something just approaching functional, F/F is the way to go. I am, however, willing to play very fucked up, one-sided, in-it-for-the-sex-and-the-blood F/M.
x SEX: No. I can do fade to black, if a scene calls for it, though.
x MINDREADING: No.
x INJURY: With discussion.
x FIGHTING: Yes.
x KILLING: With discussion.
x OFFENSIVE ISSUES (IC): It's vampire fiction. Blood and gore and some degree of body horror/monster stuff is unavoidable. Let me know if you'd rather I tone it down/avoid it completely, though I'll never just spring bloodplay or what have you on a player I don't know.
x TRIGGERS (OOC): I don't have any triggers that I'm aware of, but I will keep in contact OOCly, if any should arise.
